We live in a very remote and heavily wooded area. This booster has been a life saver! None of our cell phones worked in the home and signal on the outside of the property was sketchy at best. We were thinking we were going to need a bigger unit but when we installed this booster we were very pleasantly surprised! We have great service through most of the home. It does reach to the far back of the house but calls will drop intermittently. Nonetheless for the price, we are very much pleased.

          There was no change in the quality of the network and calls after mine was installed. I thought it was me who installed it wrongly so I had an experienced installer come and do it all over again. There was nothing still. The company finally ruled that it was a problem with the unit. I have sent the faulty one back and they are bringing me the new one on their bill this time. I can't wait to have it installed.
