    This is reliable company. They told my unit would arrive in three days and when it did not look like that would happen, they called me to explain things and give me another date of arrival. I know so many companies that would have just remained silent and waited for me to do the follow up myself, which really makes me angry when it happens.         We live in a very remote and heavily wooded area. This booster has been a life saver! None of our cell phones worked in the home and signal on the outside of the property was sketchy at best. We were thinking we were going to need a bigger unit but when we installed this booster we were very pleasantly surprised! We have great service through most of the home. It does reach to the far back of the house but calls will drop intermittently. Nonetheless for the price, we are very much pleased.
