We offer a 2-year warranty period for our products that comply with all the requirements. You can contact the company anytime in case you need any technical assistance with the setup of the product. If you would like to return the product for any reason, it will be necessary to ship it back to us and request a refund. We will examine the product, provide you with the results through a report and compensate you either with a product exchange or full refund (incorporates the delivery fees). All the procedures have to be done in compliance with the return policy.

The company will not cover the warranty if:

  • The product is damaged, modified, incorrect installation/usage.
  • The product is not proven to be problematic, faulty, or defective during the examination.
  • No Proof of Purchase document is available, and/or the product is no longer in the warranty period.
