- We will ship out your order within 1-2 days from receipt of your payment.
- Once the order is dispatched, a tracking number will be available during the next 24 hours.
- If an order is placed on a Saturday or Sunday, the order will be dispatched on Monday if payment was received successfully.
- We will select the appropriate dispatching method and carrier when you order. It is not possible to choose a carrier or dispatch method.
- We do not process or deliver orders on weekends or holidays.
- You are still able to cancel your order within 24 hours of receiving an order confirmation from us. Please visit the order cancellation section.
- Orders are being shipped through international shipping couriers and are out of our control. Generally, a parcel will arrive in 9-11 business days after shipment.*
- As we ship internationally, sometimes customers are contacted by the courier service for customs clearance issues. In such cases, please contact our customer support immediately and we will take care of the process.
- Please be informed that you are not obliged to pay any duty fee (except orders shipped by FEDEX). You may only be required to provide particular form of identification before releasing a shipment (such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID).
- Please be informed that in case you are not willing to cooperate with the courier, we will not be able to proceed with our Refund procedure.

- The delivery timeframe may vary according to the destination and the shipping option. If your estimated delivery date has passed and you haven’t received your order, please contact us immediately.
- Please be informed that depending on carrier, your parcel may be delivered without prior calling.
- In case the courier service is unable to deliver the parcel (nobody is at home or difficulty in finding your home address), the package will be returned to the local depot. You will then be notified by email after which you may require to contact a local courier service to deliver it to you.
- In case second delivery also fails, the package will be returned to our dispatching center in SA and will be kept there for 3-5 days. After the customer confirms that he is ready for delivery and a valid delivery address is confirmed, he may be requested to take the parcel from the dispatching center.
- In case the product is damaged, the client must open a case with the carrier companies like FedEx and DHL.
