The unit works 90% of the time, giving 5 bars of signal. However, it switches sometimes to 4bars, but they explained it happens when the signal outside gets worse because of the weather. Anyway, we have good signal all the time!
My house has a thick roof that hinders a strong cellphone signal. Thus, having dropped calls were the order of the day. On installing this product, we get a strong 4G signal throughout!
