I don't know exactly what I expected when I bought this unit but it greatly surpassed my expectations. I have this deep and almost unreasonable paranoia when it comes to things bought online and things that have to be installed. That arises from the fact that I have had bad experiences with both in the past so I expected this to be another statistic. I am so glad it isn't and I am much happier it was beyond my expectations.
It said on their website that the unit would be easy to install, would solve an array of network problems, would ensure good quality voice calls, would eliminate dropped calls and hasten the download speeds. So far, it has done everything it promised and worked as described for me. I sincerely hope things would remain this way because one could get used to this new life.
I agree with other reviewers that you require at least a weak signal to boost. It enables me to work while camping, which is a great feeling. Besides the product, the customer service was impressive.
