Usually, I don't have much luck with purchasing electronics and related devices, somewhere along the way I get it wrong. With this device, I decided to take my chances and thought if it disappoints it won't be the first. To my surprise, it worked great, and everyone at home is relieved we get to enjoy quality service.
First let me clarify that I have nothing negative to say about the working of the product, it has so far been excellent. I would like to register my complaint about the delivery time all the same. I think companies should stick to their word and make it five business days if they say five, not a whole two weeks. Work on your logistics and deliver on your promises.
Their tech support team is what other organizations aspire to but fall short every time. So helpful! There is this one particular lady whose name I don't quite remember unfortunately but if I did I would have mentioned her and thanked her right here. Keep that team forever! They are so professional!
Upon buying this device, installation was very simple than we expected and within a few minutes, everything was set up. However, we had a challenge with the cables and wished they were a bit longer.
