- How can I check if the booster will work for me?
  
  With this simple and quick test, you can check whether your place is suitable for a signal booster or not. What you need to do is to check your outside signal strength on your mobile phone. Here are the steps to do that.
  
  You need to find the highest point where you can put your outside antenna (usually on the roof).
  After finding that highest point check how many signal bars you see on your mobile phone’s display while you are there.
  If you have 0 bars make sure to contact us for help in order to get the right recommendation.
  In case you receive 1-3 bars outside you need a powerful booster to improve your poor outside signal. Our powerful booster will provide you with 5 full constant bars inside. Of course, you can also use a standard kit with a yagi antenna, but the number of bars inside your house will not go higher than 3-4 bars.
  With 3-4 bars outside signal strength, we recommended you to purchase a standard booster kit with a yagi antenna upgrade.
  With 4-5 bars outside no yagi upgrade is required as in this case the standard kit’s power is enough to provide you with full 5 bars indoors.
  It is important to measure your property size to make sure the cable length included in a kit will be enough. We offer extra upgrades in case of need.
- How many users will one booster support?
  
  Here’s a simple, quick test to check whether your place is suitable for a signal booster.
  The only thing you should do is check your outside signal strength on your mobile phone.
  Here’s how to do it:
  
  All our products are of high-quality and are capable of simultaneously supporting multiple devices. The limit for each booster mainly depends on its output power or ‘dBs’. Below we have provided a list of devices and their support limit converted to dBs:

- Should I check the location of my network provider’s nearest tower?
  
  Yes! You need to check the location of the nearest tower of your network provider as the standard antenna can accept signal within 170 degrees. In case towers are located on the opposite side of your property and your antenna, you need to upgrade your system by adding a second antenna so you can receive signal from all locations.
- How do I determine the best place to set up my booster??
  
  In the installation guide you can find a full description of selecting the best location. However, in case you still cannot find a good place you always can contact us through live chat or email and get a recommendation by one of our experts.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
- How long does it take for me to get a refund?
  
  For the vast majority of returns, it takes about 5-10 Business Days for us to get your package at the fulfillment center, inspect your return, process it into inventory, and complete your refund. If the refund is being issued to a credit card, depending on your credit card company, it may take additional 2-10 Business Days to post the funds to your account.
- Can I return an item for a replacement instead of a refund?
  
  You can return the product for a replacement within 30 days from the receiving date. As soon as we receive the product in its original packaging, we will ship the new one and refund the price difference, if there is any.

- Are mobile boosters safe?
  
  CE and RoHS approvals guarantee that the product does not contain any hazardous substances.
- Will the booster improve my signal if I have no signal?
  
  You would need to have at least one stable bar outside for the booster to improve your signal.
- What is a Mobile Signal Booster?
  
  Mobile Signal Booster is a CE, ISO, RoHS certified equipment that improves 2G, 3G and 4G LTE signals.

- I’m missing an item from my order, what should I do?
  
  If an item is missing, please contact our Customer Care team with the order number and the missing item’s name. We will resolve the issue for you as quickly as we can. Please, note, that we will request for the package picture to solve the issue.
- Can I edit my order after placing it? Can I cancel my order?
  
  Orders may be modified before 5:00 AM (GMT). Orders placed after 5:00 AM (GMT) may be canceled during one hour.
- Can I cancel my order?

- Can I use more than one promo code on my order?
  
  You can only use one coupon code per order.
- How should I use my coupon code? How can I pay for the booster?
  
  You need to enter your coupon code exactly the same way it was given to you, without any spaces. Type or copy and paste it into the “Coupon” box.

INSTALLATION
- How much cable do I need for installation?
  
  The length of the cable connecting the outdoor antenna to the booster unit should be between 10-15 meters.
  
  The length of the cable connecting the indoor antenna to the booster unit should be between 1-5 meters.
- Do the outside antennas differ?
  
  Generally, we provide Panel antennas for Standard packages and LPDA antennas for Pro packages.
TROUBLESHOOTING
- How many internal antennas can be connected to one booster?
  
  Up to 3 internal antennas can be connected to one booster, but you need to take into consideration that the internal antenna will provide you with 10 feet coverage (from antenna). And as you split, the signal will get weak, as you are not providing with better signal, but you are splitting the existing one.
  
  In such cases we recommend our customers to provide us with their layout plan, so as we can recommend the right option. In most cases, two boosters are recommended to be purchased.
- How long should be the distance between the internal and external antennas?
  
  The distance between the outside antenna and the booster unit should be between 10-15 meters.
- The status of my booster is fine, but still I cannot receive amplification. Why?
  
  In case the readings are correct on the booster, but you still cannot receive a proper amplification, please, provide us with the following information:
  
  The service you wanted to improve
  The network provider name
  The signal strength (please, refer to “how to check the signal strength” questions)
  Depending on the case, we may ask for additional information to solve the issue in a better way.
