The product works well enough and was packaged securely and insulated from damage due to freight handling. The customer service team was good with passing on any information and enquires I had. The only downside to the purchase was that being it was not a registered for tax in Australia I couldn’t claim it for tax purposes.

MSB Australia were good to deal with and were prompt with answering emails and queries etc. They were keen to ensure we were buying the right product for our application. installation was straight forward and phone rec eption is now 5 bars inside and around our Fire shed

I was provided with informed technical advice to evaluate my signal issues. Subsequently I upgraded from my very old phone which solved most issues. I was not pressed to persist with a signal booster and I appreciated that George had my best interests at heart.

Well, here is a company that still values old style honesty and service. I'm not trying to convince anyone but being in various caravan parks with often inadequate mobile and internet reception these guys went beyond the action of good and honest advice and service. The website is easy to use. Resources to make a product choice are good for someone not knowing the tech very well. Provide a personal check of your needs, to ensure you get the correct device. Communication was prompt and clear, another product from the one I chose was recommended to improve my results, after looking at cell tower details in the area I was travelling. I will add another review after using the cellular booster in Ernest.

I bought a mobile booster from Signal Hero for my garden office. It was good value and most importantly, it was easy to install and works well. Both before and after I placed the order, I received outstanding technical help from their signal expert George, in particular with advice on signal strength and best placement for the external aerial. I now have 4 bar mobile stength in my office and highly recommend Signal Hero. I would certainly use them again.

We had an old device that worked for 3G and 4G but it stopped completely, and it was awful trying to work with almost no signal. On a good day we might get 1 or 2 bars in one tiny spot in the office. ‎ ‎While we were looking for options we came across Signal Hero. They had a solution that supports multiple networks and some 5G signals, so we decided to give it a try. ‎ ‎The whole process with Signal Hero was smooth. They guided me through everything, checked our signal properly, and even made a custom installation plan for our place. I was a bit concerned about compliance, but they provided the relevant documentation and we were comfortable proceeding. ‎ ‎We ordered the all networks 4 band kit. Now the office has a solid 4 to 5 bars throughout most areas. It is brilliant. Very happy with both the service and the product.

I’d been struggling with phone calls for about six months. No idea what changed, but the signal at my place suddenly went from “not great” to absolutely terrible. After a bit of Googling I ended up on the Signal Hero website. The team asked me to check my outdoor signal and see which mast I was picking up from. What really surprised me is I’d never had 5G here before, but once the booster was switched on I started getting 5G straight away. Honestly felt like magic, I didn’t even realise these boosters were a thing. We’ve just finished the installation in our caravan as well. I was really struggling to get any signal in the basement service from all mobile providers here is just rubbish. At first, the booster kit didn’t seem to fix it, so I got in touch with the Signal Hero support team. They checked everything and found out my phone was picking up a specific 5G signal that worked great outdoors but not with the booster. It actually worked fine on other phones! They swapped my unit for a different one, and now I’ve got full bars everywhere. Big thanks to David and Diana for the professional and friendly help.

Bought this booster for my bunglow and I've got to say it's doung a cracking job. Used to barely scape 1 bar in the living room, now I'm sitting on 4 solid bars, quite the difference!
