I have had this for four days and it is too early to speak about the quality because I still worry things might change. But let me speak about the easy installation. Me and DIY never see eye to eye and I have people do the simplest things in my house. For some reason, mainly because I was bored on that day, I took to setting up this unit by myself. I did it. I did not fall or break anything which is a real wonder. One only has to carefully follow the outlined instructions!
I reside in a rural area on the lee side of a hill. The landline is unreliable as it can have an outage of up to a fortnight. The first product was not working, but the company replaced it for me with another that works superbly. Since I connected it to an omnidirectional antenna, we have been getting full bars inside the house and within a radius of 40m outside. Although my initial experience wasn't pleasant, I am now a happy customer.
I bought the unit to use on our farm, where we barely had mobile coverage before. After installing the unit, we have a strong and stable connection, which enables us to keep the business running. Its ease of use is impressive, but consider lowering the price.
I have always been of the opinion that the only remedy for an area with weak signals is moving away from that area or moving houses.
