Poor phone and internet service was an extremely big problem for us. After purchasing this booster we have stable 4-5 bars of signal. I've no idea how it works but it does the work well enough.
I live far away from town, and I have to say cell reception here is exceptionally poor. Most of the time I had to walk 30 or so yards to make a phone call which is not very ideal if its winter or rainy season. After buying this unit, my connection has been strong, and I get to do everything from home. Whether it's a phone call or browsing the interne, I am covered.
My cell service improved to a great extent. Now I get a strong 4G network in most rooms in the house.
This device is great. The installation is easy as well and is not I any way complicated. I love it.
