It promises easy installation but it's nothing like that. Installing this unit almost took me out. Getting the best spot for the outdoor antennae was a wild hunt! I had to call somebody to do it eventually because I had grown so fed up. The signal is much stronger so that's a plus. I can say it is worth the struggle if it remains that way.
Perhaps I should have done more research before I bought this unit. The area I live in has absolutely bad coverage and I sometimes have no signal at all. It only boosts existing signal, where there is none like in my house, the booster does not make that much of a difference. I sent it to my sister to use at her shop and she speaks highly of it so I guess it is good. Wish I had accessed that information though.
I always prayed no client of mine would walk into the office and find my employees holding their phones up while pacing, hunting for a good spot to complete a call.
