Something was wrong with my unit and the signal remained the same even after installation and pointing it to the cell tower. They were gracious enough to suggest options and when neither could work, I sent it back and will be receiving another one in a day's time. I hope this one works!
The booster is working well. Went from 1 bar of signal to 4-5 bars inside the house. The installation was very easy.
I live and work next to a forest reserve and the network here is almost non existent. Making calls is another job altogether, almost as exhausting as the day's work. I had to buy this from my house because there was nothing else to do. At least the bars get to three now, used to be zero in some rooms and occasional one. It has remained at three which is pretty decent for this place.
I have a steel building down at the river and I've tried several different items to boost my cell phone and this is the only product has worked it works so great that it was pulling in three towers at one time that's what I needed
