You can decide to spend some extra dollars and get the bigger booster to cover a larger area of your house. The larger one will also improve your outdoor reception. I believe if we mount the antenna outside our house to a much high point say 8 ft we should get a good signal even in the basement.
Our recently acquired house is on salty water. Practically all the outside parts were structured in view of this. Regardless, the pole mounting section was not built for saltwater and will need supplanting after twelve months as it is now rusting. Would suggest better equipment for the radio wire pole. Would pay the additional. As a replacement method, I need to scale a 50' stature to supplant. Would like to gamble my life only one time. The uplifting news is we currently have generally excellent cell service inside our home and no longer need to locate that unique spot outside our front entryway. We can now truly appreciate living in our home in a genuinely remote saltwater region having great cell get to.

My house is roofed with metal and is located in a remote area. When am outside I can get a signal but indoor reception is quite poor.
