      It is not very hard to install, and that comes from somebody who has never installed anything in their lives until this unit arrived. I had actually contacted someone to come help me install it but they were taking their sweet time. So I decided that I might as well start the installation so they might take over when they arrived. It took me quite a while but I loved the process of installing it. And, it works too!
